Prerequisites for the CIT Financial Analyst Program:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Outstanding academic achievement (minimum GPA 3.2)
- Detailed, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office that will enable you to produce financial models, industry reports, and comparable company analyses
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- High motivation with organizational and time management skills to complete multiple tasks and shift focus as priorities change
- Proven leadership, teamwork and relationship-building skills
